Improve the loading time of the "Custom fields" page

When clicking on "Custom fields", the display time is very long when there are many custom fields.In our case, to display the 4 pages it takes almost 1 minute.

As you regularly need to access custom fields, it is really disabling to have to wait 1 minute each time you want to go to this page to view or modify them ...
